Throughout our five days together, we will be held in a private  beach home surrounded by the beauty and spirit of Puerto Rico. Daily offerings throughout the retreat include:

Sacred offerings to the land

Breathwork journey

Yoga 

Sound healing and frequency sessions

Ayurvedic-inspired nourishment and practices

 Day 1 · Arrival & Opening the Portal

We lovingly recommend arriving in Puerto Rico between 2:00 PM–3:00 PM.

Our retreat home is approximately two hours from the San Juan airport, and we ask that guests arrive to the home by 5:00 PM so everyone has time to settle and ground together.

A shared retreat van will pick everyone up from the airport and bring the group to the home, as well as return everyone back to San Juan at the completion of our journey.

On the beach behind our home, we will build a sacred altar… a space where our prayers meet the ocean.

As the sun begins to set, we open our sacred container together through:

Grounding meditation

Altar offerings

Cacao ceremony

Intention setting

Community introductions

Nourishing organic dinner prepared by Chef Kassandra Reyes.

This first evening is an invitation to soften… to arrive fully in the body, the heart, and the land.     

Day 2 · Sacred Pilgrimage

With the rising sun, we begin our rhythm of daily devotion, meditation, movement, and nourishment. This day is devoted to walking with reverence upon the ancient lands of Puerto Rico.

Together we will experience:

Sunrise beach meditation

Sacred yoga  

Organic breakfast

Guided pilgrimage to sacred sites

Land prayers and meditation at each location

Breathwork and moments of silence in nature

Ocean connection and grounding

Evening sound healing session

Community dinner and integration circle

We walk in humility… listening, receiving, and offering love back to the land.

                                    Day 3 · The Ancient Womb

This day invites us into the deep remembrance of the Earth herself.

We journey into the sacred caves…

The womb of the Earth.

The place where life was once held, protected, and nurtured.

Together we will share:

Morning meditation and prayer

Gentle embodiment and breathwork

Cave pilgrimage and sacred exploration

Silence and stillness practices within the caves

Earth connection rituals

Reflection and journaling time

Nourishing meals and rest

Evening Song prayer circle and movement.

Here, we remember.

We listen to the silence.

We feel the embrace of Mother Earth around us.

Day 4 · Celebration of Life

A day to embody joy, movement, expression, and aliveness.

We celebrate the beauty of being human… of being together… of allowing spirit to move freely through us.

This day includes:

Sunrise meditation by the ocean

Yoga and body activation

Beach time and integration

Community connection practices

Sacred Bomba cultural experience

Dance, rhythm, and live music

Evening celebration gathering

Sound and movement journey under the stars

Here, celebration becomes medicine.

The body becomes prayer.

Joy becomes remembrance.

                                  Day 5 · Integration, Gratitude & Offering

Our final day is devoted to gratitude, reflection, and carrying the medicine forward.

Together we close our sacred container through:

Final sunrise meditation

Gratitude practices

Sacred offering to the land

Closing integration circle

Reflection and sharing

Nourishing breakfast together

Preparation for departure

We honor all that has been opened, remembered, and received.

Departure Information

On August 1st, we will check out of the home by 11:00 AM.

Please book departure flights for 3:00 PM or later, as the drive back to San Juan is approximately two hours.

Our retreat van will transport everyone back from the home to San Juan. Transportation will remain available throughout the afternoon and evening, so if your flight is later, you are welcome to:

Be dropped off at the airport later in the day and Explore Old San Juan together.

Gather souvenirs and enjoy the beauty of the city before departing.

This allows everyone to close the journey with spaciousness rather than rushing… carrying the medicine home with presence and ease.

Each guest receives their own bed in shared room. A space to rest and integrate

Your stay, meals, transportation to and from the retreat home, and all retreat experiences are included.

Flights and personal expenses outside of our shared experiences are not included.
